High speed processing from ultra small 0201 size to 1608 size
This equipment is a characteristic sorting machine that handles MLCCs fully automatically from feeding to measuring and sorting.
Chips are fed from the hopper to each row of the loading section, inspected for each characteristic at the measuring station, and automatically sorted and stored according to the quality of the characteristics. 8 rows of hoppers without shutter mechanism are used to feed chips individually into buckets in order to accommodate 0201 to 1608 size chips. The measuring station is movable.
