Supports large capacity products from 0603 size to 3225 size, medium and high pressure products
This device is a characteristic sorter which processes MLCC fully, from supply, measurement and classification.
MLCCs are lined up on the hopper unit, supplied to the carrier loading unit 6 lines, and inspected for each characteristic on the measuring station, and sorted automatically according to OK and NG. For 0603 to 3225 size, Hopper unit is new Feeder which designed without shutter structure. This parts feeder is independent of each line to feed chip to Bucket units. This machine has “move on function” same as ACM-4200.
