Equipment for small and thin ceramic capacitors for wire bonding
This system is a characteristic sorter that supplies, measures, and classifies small and thin wire bonding capacitors.
The workpiece is fed from the hopper, detected by the image device on the feeding rotor, and transported to the measurement unit. At the measuring unit, each characteristic is inspected, and the workpiece is classified and stored according to whether the characteristic is good or bad.
