High throughput charge/discharge testing of chip-type all solid-state batteries.

This system is an automatic characteristic inspection system for testing the charge-discharge characteristics of chip-type all-solid-state batteries.
The system transports 400 all solid-state batteries in a tray and inspects their charge/discharge characteristics at four measurement sections to make judgments according to arbitrarily set conditions. Despite the compact size of the system, up to 1600 all solid state batteries can be inspected simultaneously, and multiple systems can be connected, allowing for expansion of processing capacity while saving space. In addition, the size of the measurement terminals and tray pockets are designed based on the know-how accumulated through the development of chip-type device sorting machines for MLCCs and crystal devices, to ensure stable measurement and ease of maintenance.
