Despite the compact size of the system, up to 1600 all solid state batteries can be inspected simultaneously, and multiple systems can be connected, allowing for expansion of processing capacity while saving space. In addition, the size of the measurement terminals and tray pockets are designed based on the know-how accumulated through the development of chip-type device sorting machines for MLCCs and crystal
