Our automatic sorting machine will be customized according to customer’s request. Types of customization are broadly divided into semi-orders and custom orders.
11Standard machine = Semi-order
- Select instrument
- We will construct a system with specified measuring instruments in addition to standard measuring instruments. We also propose measuring instruments suitable for the measurement contents of your request.
- Structure of measurement station
- We will structure and propose measurement stations according to your request so that the characteristics of the device can be inspected optimally.
- Graphic interface
- I will correspond to Japanese, English, Chinese and other languages.
Display items such as operation screen and data display screen, name, layout are configured according to your request.
Reference example: ACM-4200, an automatic sorting machine for multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC), responds to customer’s requirements on the following points.
2Custom order
For devices that can not be dealt with by standard machines or to meet requests different from conventional ones, we offer full custom correspondence and suggestions.
Based on our product lineup and element technologies, we can also manufacture equipment according to customer’s request.

Calibration service
Calibration is handled in two ways.
1Proofreading work at our company
We send measuring instruments from our customers to our company “Hamamatsu Factory” for proofreading work and maintenance.
Recommendation The calibration cycle is one year.
In addition, we will lend instruments so that automatic sorting machines can be operated even during calibration work.
2Customer confirmation work
We can use the calibration confirmation kit manufactured and sold by our company, and you can check whether the measuring instrument is in the correct state.
If the result of confirmation with Kit is outside the specification range, please send it to our company “Hamamatsu Factory”. Maintenance will be carried out.
